Corporate & Regulatory Compliance Boot Camp — Part 2 of 2022: Overview of General Corporate Law

Oderah Nwaeze, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Wilmington office, will join a panel of attorneys for the “Overview of General Corporate Law Compliance” webinar. Oderah and the panel will discuss how to maintain compliance with various state law requirements, including Delaware. The panel will analyze bylaws and how action is taken, whether by proxy, consents, resolutions or voter agreements. The panel will also go over notice requirements and best practices; corporate compliance and ethics programs; who should and should not be a part of the reporting structure; and whether a compliance program should be a stand-alone program or if it should be integrated into the normal business process of a company.
