Business Immigration and the Biden Administration: One Year In, What to Expect in 2022
Webinar
Overview
It has been one year since the Biden administration took office. Many immigration reform promises were made during the Biden/Harris campaign and in the initial days of the Biden White House. Although there have been some changes in immigration over the past year, we have not seen a push towards immigration reform and processing times at USCIS are longer than ever.
During this webinar, the Faegre Drinker team will provide an overview on White House immigration policy and changes in 2021 and what to expect in 2022. We will also discuss continued travel-related issues around the world with COVID-19, the upcoming H-1B cap/registration process, new STEM initiatives from the White House, immigration and remote work, unreasonable delays in EAD card processing, interfiling I-485 issues, the PERM Facebook decision and more. We hope you can join us for this hot topics discussion of business immigration and global mobility issues!
