Florida Defense Lawyers Association’s 25th Annual Florida Liability Claims Conference

Indianapolis partner Teresa Griffin and Chicago associate Bryan Pasciak presented “Florida Sunshine in Litigation Act” at the Florida Defense Lawyers Association’s 25th Annual Florida Liability Claims Conference. The presentation focused on the Florida Sunshine in Litigation Act, which as it currently stands may permit a trial court to declare an everyday product a “public hazard,” a label that can have far-reaching consequences for defendants.
