Qualified Small Business Stock

Faegre Drinker Partner Bryan Bloom will join the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey’s panel discussion on qualified small business stock (QSBS). Bryan will provide a general overview of QSBS, including details on the tax and estate planning benefits that are available to those that qualify.
