Winning Strategies for 2023

Ryan Miske, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Minneapolis office, moderated a panel for the Midwest Corporate Development Forum titled “Winning Strategies for 2023.” Ryan and the panel discussed strategies and tools that financial buyers are using as a competitive advantage in the 2023 deal landscape. The panel consisted of Derek Alden, vice president at BMO Middle Market Group; Greg Bourdon, vice president of corporate development at PLZ Corp.; and Nick Seretis, vice president of corporate development at Cytel Inc.
