Ethics and Negotiations

Partner Joel Glover will give a presentation on ethics and negotiations during the NCGIF Legal Seminar. The focus of the presentation will be on the four general requirements applicable to lawyers under the ABA Model Rules including: keep secrets; be honest; fight fair; and representing client interests. The presentation explores the ABA Model Rules and related examples from the insurance regulatory and receivership background including the Preamble and ABA Model Rules 1.4, 1.6, 3.3, 4.2 and 8.4.
