Faegre Drinker Partner Bradford Campbell served as panelist at the 2023 PlanSponsor Conference during a discussion titled “Non-Intuitive Ways to Be a Good Fiduciary.” Bradford discussed the fundamentals of creating a good defense for enforcement inquiries and litigation when defending your actions as a fiduciary.
