Andy Kassner joined a panel discussion at a meeting of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Section that detailed how new and experienced attorneys can develop their contract and order drafting skills. Andy emphasized that as bankruptcy law is at the crossroads of law and business, bankruptcy attorneys need to be adept at working in both worlds and in drafting documents intended for both the courtroom and the boardroom.
