The Interplay of Business and Philanthropy

Faegre Drinker Partner Marilee Springer presented “The Interplay of Business and Philanthropy” during the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s 2023 Advanced Corporate Counsel: A Master Series Seminar. During the presentation, Marilee discussed the strategies and models that corporations use in their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and philanthropic activities, including employee programs (e.g., scholarships, employee hardship and matching grant programs), grant programs, corporate private foundations and donor advised funds.
