Firm Structures and Governance

On February 16, 2024, Faegre Drinker partner and chair emeritus Andy Kassner spoke at a session on “Firm Structures and Governance,” as part of a semester-long Fordham School of Law-sponsored program titled “Structural Issues in Law Firm Management.” 

Among other things, the session focused on ways law firms are changing their governance and organization to address the increasing complexity of law practice and responding to client needs, including the evolving roles of leadership and management and use of business professionals, and the impact of growth and branding initiatives on firm culture and practice management.
