Partner Sandy Grannum moderated a panel focused on developments in diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Sandy discussed the impact of Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, the contents and effect of an open letter from 13 attorneys general sent to the CEOs of Fortune 100 corporations related to DE&I initiatives, efforts by the Congressional Black Caucus with corporate America, and how new corporate initiatives add “belonging” to DE&I.
