Commodities & End-User Panel Session

Finance & restructuring partner Deanna Reitman spoke on a panel for the FIA Law & Compliance Division Conference in Maryland. The panel, titled “Commodities/End-User,” discussed the regulatory and legal issues that are top of mind for firms that trade and clear physical commodities and related derivatives, from dealers and futures commission merchants (FCMs) to money managers and prop firms to corporates and end users.
