Overview

Join us for Faegre Drinker's 3-part series of webinars reviewing the impact of SCOTUS’ decision in the SFFA v. UNC/Harvard case, and its impact on employers, educators, and government contractors. In addition to reviewing the latest developments in litigation and legislation, we will review what we see coming on the horizon.

On August 1, our third webinar in the series will focus on developments affecting contractors and grantmakers. We will describe and assess recent legal developments, including the Eleventh Circuit’s Fearless Fund decision from early June. We also will discuss how commercial firms and nonprofit grantmakers can adopt and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies while maintaining their commitment to DEI objectives.
