Transforming the Workplace

Chief Diversity Officer Maria Lewis attended the Women in Agribusiness Summit to speak on a panel titled “Transforming the Workplace.”

The panelists discussed that organizations with greater diversity — particularly gender diversity in leadership — see substantial gains in profitability, revenue-driving innovation, and overall business performance across the globe. However, women and other marginalized groups are still severely underrepresented in these positions. They answered questions such as how organizations can promote and harness the benefits of diversification in their workforce.
