Structural Issues in Law Firm Management

Finance and restructuring partner and chair emeritus Andrew Kassner joined two panels for Fordham University School of Law’s “Structural Issues in Law Firm Management” program to discuss best practices for law firm management and personnel.

One panel covered how to define a law firm's purpose and what it stands for in a greater context and speakers discussed how to compare global firms vs. national firms with a global reach. The second panel focused on centralized vs. decentralized governance in law firms, key officers, key committees, and elections and voting rights among firms.
