Labor and employment partner Dan Prokott gave a presentation titled, “Tips and Traps for Supporting Today’s Workforce,” at the 2025 Minnesota Hospital Association Winter Trustee Conference. The presentation covered a variety of key employment related topics applicable to rural health care organizations in Minnesota, including the impact on employers of Minnesota laws passed in 2023 and 2024, successful management of remote/ hybrid workers and federal regulatory efforts.
