An Overview of Current and Future Compliance Challenges

Philadelphia associates Kate Villanueva, Nolan Tully, John Moore, and Andrew Campanelli presented at the Compliance & Ethics Forum for Life Insurers’ Compliance Fundamentals Training Conference on June 12, 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The presentation focused on a number of public policy-related compliance challenges facing the industry including unclaimed property, cyber liability, privacy, premium rate increases, and fraud reporting, to name a few.  The presenters discussed compliance strategies companies may implement to address the challenges ahead.
