Orange is the New Black for Lawyers

On October 16, Philadelphia partner Barry Gross was a panelist at the Aon Law Firm Symposium. His panel, titled, “Orange Is the New Black for Lawyers,” examined the trend of accomplished lawyers indicted for, and even tried and convicted of, alleged crimes arising out of client representations.  

Barry discussed lessons learned from Drinker Biddle’s full acquittal of a corporate and securities lawyer, and methods for detecting and avoiding the risks for lawyers in criminal law.
