Faegre Baker Daniels' Expansion to Silicon Valley Noted in Media Nationally

On June 6, 2013, Faegre Baker Daniels announced it would expand operations to Silicon Valley with the opening of an office in Palo Alto on July 1. The news was covered by national and statewide media outlets.

Silicon Valley Office Leader Cal Litsey told Law360 that FaegreBD decided to expand to California after experiencing growth in a number of its practice areas and in its California client base. "We were finding ourselves out there pretty continually," Litsey said. "This will literally make us coast to coast."

"We're going to steadily be looking at appropriate growth from different practices and industries on a demand basis," Managing Partner Andrew Humphrey told the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. "There's a lot of economic activity out there."
