Many women in senior positions like Maly do find balancing work and family life a struggle. Maly touched on the fact that having a supportive spouse is key to a sometimes tricky balancing act. "My husband also has a demanding career and our two active teenagers are very involved in sports and music. It is really important to me that I strike a balance between home and work. If you have this balance as a core value, it makes decisions about how to spend your time much easier," Maly said.
