Kate Sherburne Quoted in Minnesota Business on Minnesota's Bustling M&A Market

Thomson Reuters reports that 2014 had the most middle-market M&A activity since pre-recession 2007, and that all signs point to even more activity in 2015.

In a Minnesota Business article focusing on five Twin Cities area based companies recently involved with M&A deals,  Kate Sherburne, a FaegreBD associate who counsels public and private companies on M&A matters, said that many of her middle-market clients have been inquiring about strategic acquisitions. “It’s all about synergy,” Sherburne said. “We always hear clients talk about trying to put something together that is worth more than the sum of the parts.”
