Impact Investing in the Boardroom

Partner Doug Raymond and associate Lizzie Babson authored an article in Directors & Boards titled, “Impact Investing in the Boardroom.” The article discussed how the benefit corporation model may be attractive to boards that are considering a broader focus on social responsibility.

“Directors should consider the implications on their businesses of the enormous wealth transfer that is occurring and how they will respond to demands not only for profitable investments, but socially responsible ones,” said Doug.
