DOJ USAO Investigations
Florham Park partner Tom Campion and Philadelphia partners Joanne Lewers and Gregg Mackuse published a chapter in the Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute’s The General Counsel’s Guide to Government Investigations. The chapter, entitled “DOJ USAO Investigations,” provides insights on state attorney general investigations, detailing legal guidelines, procedures and best practices. Tom, Joanne and Gregg drew upon their considerable experience with attorney general investigations and Risperdal-related suits to craft the chapter.
The General Counsel’s Guide to Government Investigations provides in-house counsel with an introduction to the representation of corporations and individuals in government investigations.
