Sarah Jenkins and Kathy Osborn Discuss Pro Bono Case with The Indiana Lawyer

In an article with The Indiana Lawyer, Sarah Jenkins and Kathy Osborn discussed a recent pro bono case where a vulnerable client was wrongfully treated by both his uncle and his uncle's attorney. The FaegreBD team worked with the client to earn some recovery of assets lost, but could never fully rectify the wrongdoing their client had endured. Both the team and their client hope this case serves as a reminder to all attorneys to help protect the most vulnerable people.
