Frank DiGiovanni Discusses Judge Stark’s Appointment to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
Delaware Law Weekly reported in the article, “‘He’ll Hit the Ground Running’: IP Attorneys Point to Stark’s Experience Juggling Busy Patent Docket as Asset on Federal Circuit,” that U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit earlier this week came as no surprise to attorneys who have worked alongside him and on cases in his courtroom.
Wilmington office leader Frank DiGiovanni spoke to the publication about his experience working with Judge Stark.
“I’ve had the honor of appearing before Judge Stark and experiencing his tireless work ethic firsthand,” said DiGiovanni. “As District Court judge for the District of Delaware, he presided over one of the country’s most active patent courts, but what stands out the most to me about Judge Stark is that he always strives to do the right thing, to make fair rulings that uphold the law and that serve justice.”
