“What Do You Do When an Employee Resigns, Then Asks to Stay?” The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) spoke to labor and employment partner Nicole Truso about what employers should know if an employee resigns and then rescinds the request.

Truso noted that if the issues leading the employee to resign aren’t resolved to the employee’s satisfaction, it may only be a matter of time before the employee resigns again.
