Business litigation partners Brian Paul and Daniel Pulliam coedited a practice note for Thomson Reuters’s “Practical Law” explaining motion practice in appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from a federal district court’s order or judgment in a civil action. The authors also address voluntary discontinuance of an appeal.
