Jared Briant Speaks to Law Week Colorado About Hybrid Work

In Law Week Colorado’s June 2023 roundtable, Denver office leader and partner Jared Briant discussed balancing the business of law interests with the needs and wants of staff in the age of hybrid work, as well as various trends associated with this new way of working.

“How do we balance flexibility and allow all of the benefits of being able to work remotely with opportunities for in-person collaboration? Because I think the bread and butter of our culture is that it’s highly collaborative,” Briant said. “Another thing we all have to keep an eye on is how our clients are navigating the hybrid workplace as well.”

“There’s no question that the next generation of attorneys is thinking differently about their careers and what’s important to them,” Briant noted. “Remote work has enabled us to recruit broader…and we have to bring the firm to them.” He added, “We all just have to be a lot more efficient with how we’re using space.”
