NBC10 Philadelphia Speaks to Barry Gross About Former President Trump’s Indictment

NBC10 Philadelphia interviewed white collar criminal defense senior counsel Barry Gross about the indictment of former President Donald Trump, which outlines federal charges for the alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Gross said, “These are documents that, potentially, if they were revealed, for people in the Central Intelligence Agency and Department of Justice, it would put them in danger, and he has them in a bathroom and a shower.”

NBC10 Philadelphia also reported that the indictment included a transcription of a recorded interview with a writer, which quoted Trump saying, “This is secret information.” Gross noted, “It proves for the prosecutor knowledge and intent.”

In a separate news segment, Gross further discussed the arraignment, pretrial motions and the difficulty in picking a jury.
