Barry Gross Discusses Former President Trump’s Fourth Indictment With NBC10 Philadelphia

In “Pennsylvania allegedly playing a role in Trump’s fourth indictment,” NBC10 Philadelphia spoke to white collar criminal defense senior counsel Barry Gross about former President Donald Trump facing his fourth indictment in Georgia, accusing him and others of being part of a criminal enterprise in their effort to overturn the 2020 election.

Gross said, “You can put a number of different charges that are on their face unrelated but related to the same purpose here, which is to overthrow the election.”

The list of defendants could be whittled down by the time of trial, Gross added, and defendants may have an incentive to cooperate in the state case where federal pardons are not an option. “If Donald Trump gets elected in 2024 as president, and all these people here get convicted, he can’t do a thing.”
