David Woolf Addresses Proposed FTC Ban on Noncompetes With SHRM

In “Will the FTC Finalize a Complete Ban on Noncompetes?” labor and employment partner David Woolf spoke to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) about the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed ban on noncompete agreements.

“Unless the proposed rule is scaled way back, I think there will be litigation. And I think that litigation will be successful,” Woolf said.
