In “After slow year, M&A activity in Minnesota expected to speed up,” corporate partner Kate Sherburne spoke to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) about mergers and acquisitions activity in 2023 and the outlook for 2024.

Some of the reasons 2023 was slow are still present, Sherburne explained. She added that 2024 being an election year in the United States and in other countries could make potential buyers and sellers more hesitant to make moves.
