Brooke Razor Featured in International Employment Lawyer’s ‘Tomorrow’s Leaders’ Survey
London labor and employment associate Brooke Razor was included in International Employment Lawyer’s “Tomorrow’s Leaders” survey, which features labor attorneys from across four continents, who were selected based on their high-profile work in disputes, advisory projects, and deals in their first decade of practice.
In the survey, Razor discussed her legal education and career, and why she chose to begin her practice in labor and employment law.
“Getting to advise companies, especially our multinational clients, on how to maintain compliance with ever-changing workplace requirements has a huge impact on peoples’ daily lives and makes what we do as employment lawyers meaningful. It’s personally and professionally rewarding to work in an area that is fast-paced, dynamic, and so significant to the human experience.”
Razor also provided insights on the shifting state of labor law, including on how the employer/employee power balance may evolve, how to approach employee activism, and the impacts of pay transparency legislation.
