• Assisting in defending an individual in litigation brought by the SEC concerning foreign exchange accounting
• Assisting public and private companies and individuals in responding to SEC and DOJ subpoenas and voluntary document requests, including regarding fraud and financial disclosures
• Assisting in representation of estate beneficiaries in trial against estates’ executor and counsel, resulting in a favorable multi-million dollar judgment
