- Assisting in defending a company in a DOJ investigation regarding bribery claims, which resulted in no action taken against the company
- Assisting in defending individuals in SEC investigations concerning investor fraud and conflicts of interest, which resulted in no action against the individuals or in favorable settlements
- Assisting in defending an individual in litigation brought by the SEC concerning foreign exchange accounting
- Assisting public and private companies and individuals in responding to SEC and DOJ subpoenas and voluntary document requests, including regarding fraud and financial disclosures
- Assisting in representation of estate beneficiaries in trial against estates’ executor and counsel, resulting in a favorable multi-million dollar judgment
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family; physical exercise such as running, hiking, cycling and yoga; and reading and watching historical dramas. She is also an avid Eagles, Flyers and Phillies fan — and experiences the full range of joy and angst that brings.
