Overview
In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Steve often serves as settlement counsel during mass tort litigation. He is experienced in strategically negotiating favorable settlements when resolving a matter early advances his clients' business interests. Steve also counsels companies on risk management strategies, including document and email management.
Steve serves as national counsel to one of the world’s largest orthopedic device manufacturers, a global manufacturer of childcare products and a major maker of food packaging materials
As a member of the firm's product liability group nationally ranked by Chambers USA, Steve has experience defending manufacturers and sellers of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, gasoline, industrial machinery and plastic products.
