Overview
Ally Benton represents clients in product liability and mass tort cases, complex commercial litigation, and high-stakes appeals. She brings valuable experience and strategic perspective to her cases, having clerked at the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
In addition to her appellate and critical motions practice, Ally supports product liability and mass tort trial teams with high-level strategic planning, briefing and legal analysis.
Judicial Clerkships
Ally clerked for Judge Gregory Phillips at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She also served as clerk for Justice Richard Gabriel at the Colorado Supreme Court. And during law school, Ally served as a judicial extern to Judge Patricia Millett at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Personal Interests
Ally has a third-degree black belt from the USA Taekwondo Federation. Her awards in taekwondo include: U.S. National Champion, 2006; U.S. Open Gold Medalist, 2007; and U.S. National Team Member, 2009 and 2010.
Ally enjoys traveling, spending time outside, and going on long walks with her husband and their two golden retrievers.
