Overview
Mindy Carson Hatcher collaborates with experienced attorneys who represent clients in all types of real estate matters including corporations, developers, investors, retailers, financial and other institutional lenders, contractors, owners, landlords, and tenants.
Drawing from more than 20 years of real estate experience, she performs a variety of complex paralegal work including drafting, review and coordination of real estate-related documentation, coordination and review of title work, surveys, and other complex due diligence documentation, coordination of title proceedings and closings, high volume document and data management, and continual correspondence with clients, diligence service providers, and related government entities.
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Mindy worked with a local open space program where she assisted with complex real estate matters related to public lands conservation and stewardship, including acquisitions, dispositions, access, and oil and gas.
