Overview

Kathleen Crebo assists clients through a variety of real estate matters. She offers deep experience working with clients to navigate real estate transactions and to resolve real property disputes, including quiet title actions, land contract forfeiture actions, partition actions, property boundary conflicts and condemnation matters. Kate is passionate about understanding her clients' needs. She strives to counsel her clients through the legal process to resolve their cases as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Kate operated her solo law office in Carmel, Indiana, working with clients to manage real estate litigation matters and to accomplish property transfers and transactions. Before moving to private practice, Kate served as corporate counsel to a nonprofit foundation located in Washington D.C. where she offered guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Kate enjoys playing competitive tennis with her local team and traveling to Colorado to hike its fourteen-thousand-foot peaks, including Mount Bierstadt, Handies Peak and Pikes Peak.
