Overview
Sinead Cuthill advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including governance, M&A and commercial transactions. Sinead co-leads the London office’s Women Forward Committee and is an active member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion subcommittee. She is also listed as a finalist in the Rising Star — International Law Firm category of the 2025 Women and Diversity in Law Awards.
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Sinead was a paralegal at a large U.S. media company, assisting with agreements relating to the distribution of content and sublicensing of Olympics rights to broadcasters. Prior to this, Sinead worked as a paralegal at a large French advertising company and interned with the legal team of a conglomerate in Malaysia.
