Emilie Erickson is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in product liability and mass tort defense, focusing on cases involving medical devices and orthopedic implants. Prior Experience
Emilie gained experience interning for a solo practitioner on a major death penalty case. She drafted memoranda and contributed to the opening brief for the inmate’s appeal in the Supreme Court of California. Emilie was also a summer associate with the firm in 2020 through the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice program as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) fellow, and later rejoined the firm for the summer 2021 program.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Emilie enjoys reading a good book, hiking and spending time outdoors with her dog June, and exploring the Twin Cities’ culinary scene with her husband.
