Daniel Fitzpatrick provides support on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and securities compliance and disclosure obligations.

Prior Experience

Prior to attending law school, Daniel was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their global structuring practice.

While in law school, Daniel served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also worked in Boston College Law’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic. Daniel was a summer associate at the firm in 2019.
