Overview

Michelle Francois’s government contract work is both litigation- and counseling- focused. She advises companies across a broad range of industries in their business dealings with federal government agencies, state and local governmental entities, and represents government contractor clients in a wide variety of matters, including ethics and compliance, contract negotiations and administration, domestic preferences, bid protests, claims and disputes, subcontract disputes, open records matters, litigation, and corporate transactions. She has developed extensive experience relating to domestic sourcing and the application of relevant requirements to various grant programs. Michelle has experience before the Government Accountability Office, Court of Federal Claims, various district and state courts, and administrative boards.

In addition to her government contracts work, Michelle maintains an active practice representing commercial real estate brokers. She negotiates complex employment and termination agreements between clients and commercial brokerage firms and counsels clients on their contractual obligations.
