Overview
Health & Advocacy
She helps advocacy organizations to define strategic imperatives and to operationalize them, especially as it relates to Patient-Focused Drug Development (PFDD); bringing the voices of patients and caregivers to the ongoing health care decisions being made for them by government agencies and pharmaceutical companies. She is the program director for an innovative, pre-competitive public/private consortium aimed at identifying and prioritizing the needs and preferences of those living with and affected by Alzheimer’s disease. She also serves as lead investigator for an ongoing study, surveying an extensive cohort of individuals on topics related to brain health and Alzheimer’s disease, and providing reports to FDA, CMS and NIH, as well as through dozens of peer-reviewed publications.
She helps health care companies to make key strategic decisions as they navigate the end-to-end, decade-long, development process in larger and rare diseases. She has not only led initial indication prioritization, early clinical strategy discussions and efforts to develop novel endpoints, but also has deep experience in assessing commercialization challenges and creating pre-launch and launch strategies, including health economic and marketing approaches.
Prior Experience
Terry has led disease area and franchise strategy development and compound co-positioning for a portfolio of neuroscience compounds. in other roles, she led multifaceted product launches, oversaw marketing research for a variety of pharmaceutical products and early-stage compounds, and created process-driven approaches to shepherd her teams to consistent, best practice approaches to strategic choice assessment.
She served in executive roles throughout the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years before starting her own health care strategic consulting firm — an organization she led for a decade.

Terry loves to spend time at her condo at the beach in Stone Harbor, NJ and enjoys cross-training as well as participating in half marathons.
