Andrew Jackson brings next-level energy, all-in dedication to clients and a team-first mentality to Faegre Drinker's award winning and nationally ranked product liability and mass tort litigation practice. Focusing his practice on drug and device defense, Andrew is regularly tasked with taking on large, complicated projects and delivering uncomplicated, trial-ready solutions.

Product Liability Experience

Andrew represents national and international companies in jurisdictions across the nation and internationally. Andrew’s dedicated and strategic approach to client advocacy has made him an integral member of the mass tort company case, discovery, expert, law and trial teams. Andrew also regularly deals with issues associated with conducting business in multiple languages and in compliance with the rules and regulations of both U.S. and foreign regulatory authorities.

Personal Interests

Andrew is an avid traveler with his wife, visiting exotic locations such as Scotland, Tanzania, Switzerland and Iowa. Andrew is also a co-manager of the firm's softball team, which has won the lawyer-league championship every year since Andrew accepted the distinguished position.
