Overview
Caroline Keefe guides clients through a patchwork of local, state and federal corporate regulations, and assists them in a variety of corporate transactions.
Prior Experience
During law school, Caroline served at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an SEC Scholars Intern in the Enforcement Division. Caroline also served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker.
Prior to law school, Caroline worked in customer facing roles at a leading residential solar financing company. While there, she interfaced with homeowners transitioning to solar energy and frequently fielded questions about residential solar financing. She also worked with solar installers to help them close more sales and streamline their business operations. While Caroline left the renewable energy industry to attend law school, she remains plugged in to the renewable energy and clean tech spaces.
Personal Interests
Caroline enjoys traveling, running, and trying new Philadelphia restaurants with her family and friends.
