Overview

Dina Lupancu defends clients in simple and complex litigation, including claims for product liability, toxic torts, premises liability and professional liability. She manages all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including preparing and responding to pleadings, fact investigation, engaging in written and oral discovery, and building a case, as well as developing defense strategies, conducting witness interviews, drafting motions, and oral argument. Ultimately, she positions cases for successful negotiation and settlement as well as being prepared for going to trial.

Dina strategically tailors a pragmatic approach to each matter, achieving maximum value and effectiveness for clients in many business sectors. She has experience in health and life sciences, long-term care facilities, insurance, real estate, and corporate and business disputes.

Personal Interests

Dina is an active member and editing contributor of a charitable organization that provides international assistance to those in need. She has traveled to Haiti, Nepal, Moldova and Romania to help fulfill the charity’s mission. In her spare time, Dina enjoys traveling, biking the Chicago lakefront and trying new restaurants.
