Overview
Natalie Mackary provides real estate and construction clients guidance on complex state and local tax law and regulations impacting their properties and projects. Natalie has specific experience guiding clients through the different phases of property tax administrative appeals and litigation. She regularly works with government agencies over property tax assessments.
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Natalie served as an associate at two law firms in California. In those roles she assisted clients ranging from high net-worth individuals to Fortune 500 companies with complex state and local tax matters. Natalie’s special concentration is in property tax, including constitutional issues, valuation work, and property tax exemptions.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Natalie is an avid traveler and has backpacked, studied in, and visited nearly 30 countries. She enjoys music in all forms and can regularly be found at a concert.
