Dan Mao provides comprehensive intellectual property services, including strategic counseling, patent prosecution, licensing negotiation and patent litigation, to software and electronics companies in the United States and Asia. Dan’s doctorate in applied physics, coupled with over 20 years of intellectual property experience, enables him to provide informed counsel as he helps clients develop, implement and optimize global patent strategies. Dan also provides noninfringement and invalidity opinions for a variety of technologies.
