Veronica M. Mason

Overview

Veronica Mason partners with financial institutions, corporations and other lenders and borrowers in finance transactions to maximize revenue generation and advises clients on tax credit and project finance, asset-based lending, syndicated and club credit facilities, and senior and mezzanine debt financing.

Veronica has practical experience documenting and negotiating multimillion-dollar deals and restructuring distressed credit facilities to maximize returns. A forward-thinking strategist, Veronica brings that same vigorous representation to Faegre Drinker's agribusiness finance and restructuring practice.

Past Experience

Before joining the firm, Veronica served as a judicial law clerk in the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She also worked as a summer associate with legacy Faegre, immigration law extern with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and summer fellow with the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Veronica enjoys knitting, weaving and cooking.
