Overview

Katlyn M. Moseley represents clients in intellectual property disputes throughout the country, with a particular focus on trademark infringement, copyright infringement and false advertising litigation. Katlyn has significant experience counseling clients through all phases of litigation at the federal and state level, including discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation and trial. In addition, Katlyn advises clients on pre-litigation trademark enforcement and defense matters, and litigates proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Most recently, Katlyn was a member of the trial team that secured a complete defense jury verdict in a $243 million trademark infringement jury trial in Los Angeles. See Law360's coverage here and Bloomberg Law’s coverage here.

Prior Experience

Katlyn participated in her law school’s Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, where she argued a successful pro bono appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She also served as an extern to the Honorable David J. Novak, United States magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
